I started today making it a new habit of mine to drink 6 bottles of water a day. The bottles I am using are glass 16oz ones so this will be about 96oz total for each day. It sounds like a lot but I know some people who drink a gallon a day. Since I am used to only drinking 2 bottles, sometimes 3 a day it has really made me getting up and going to the bathroom a lot more! lol
I read some benefits to drinking more water and I want to see if they come to pass for me. I am already feeling more energetic even though I had a horrible night's sleep.
How much water do you drink?
I actually am not that great when it comes to keeping up with my water intake. Something I definitely need to improve. I can go days without drinking actual water.

I don't think I ever went days without it. What do you normally drink? I will sometimes drink more soda or tea than water but I always have at least 2 bottles (32 oz) a day. I am trying to make sure I have at least 90 oz a day since I know it is beneficial.

Sometimes nothing ,Sometimes Coffee or soda.
I guess about 2-3 liter of water on an average day.
Though it's important to drink enough water, But, Those ‘everyone should drink x amount’ guidelines seem silly when you consider the difference in people’s size, weight, metabolism rate and amount of activity.
Many adopt the principle "I just drink when I’m thirsty plus when I eat a meal." It could also work if you don't wait till you are too thirsty!
Honestly, i have never been keen on my water intake. I guess it is because i have never had any medical conditio that was attributed to low intake of water.
Yeah same too. I really need to pick up my water intake.
I drink around 2-3 complete bottles of my current bottle, which would amount to around 8 -10 glasses of water throughout the day
