I don't like actually putting my name to my work (Until something actually takes off), but I do use a pseudo name but haven't entered social media yet.

I am yet to desing my own personal portfolio website or blog. I usually use journoportfolio.com to share my works with potential clients.

I haven't yet set up a portfolio website for myself, but am really considering to do so very soon.
Actually, it is a great way to show off your work and if you decide to write content for any other Company etc, you have a showcase to refer them to. Or a list of your accomplishments to keep your online presence active.
I think a blog would be a great idea too.
It is most effective way of spreading the word actually. Many use personal websites and/or blog to showcase their skill/work/talent. But social media accounts are most widely used for the purpose.
People with penmanship prefer websites/blogs and FB to an extent. Audio Visual artists prefer social media more. Nothing better than YT/IG/FB to showcase your acting/dancing/singing skills.

Very true. Social media has a great potential to take your art or business to another level. Just by leveraging on the numbers.

Yeah, I think writing under a pseudo name and publishing your book in parts is a great way to build interest as well.
